Advanced Perl for Bioinformatics:

This workshop is divided into two sessions. The workshop aims to introduce participants to modules and object oriented programming of Perl language by using worked examples relevant to sequence analysis and bioinformatics. The workshop will focus on the practical aspects of Perl and its usefulness, and not on computer science or theory. At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to write Perl modules and use biology related modules in public domain.
