OpenDX is a data visualization tool, which has been used in a range of mutli-disciplinary research projects. The morning session of this course will serve as an introduction to OpenDX, where participants will follow the lecturer through guided lessons. The afternoon session will focus on how to visualize a range of data types, such as PDB objects, 2D and 3D arrays, and spreadsheet-like data sets.
