An overview of molecular modeling tools and techniques, with a focus on visualization tools. Rasmol will be used as an example. Participants will learn how to prepare images for publication, examine 3D structures etc. There will also be time to answer specific questions participants may have on Rasmol.

This course is for beginners/novices.
