Analysis of Microarray Data in GeneSpring (GX10)

Due to high demand, only registrants with microarray data generated by Tri-Institutional core facilities will be considered for admission on a first-come, first-served basis.

Date: [ one three-hour workshop ] Tuesday, April 21 2009: 1pm-4pm

The workshop will cover installation of a new genome; import, pre-process data, visualization, and filtering of microarray data; and basic statistical analysis, hierarchical clustering, class prediction and pathway analysis.
