Tri-I Bioinformatics and Computational Workshops

These are a series of regular, hands-on workshops on bioinformatics-related topics. Workshops started in January 2004 and now occur about once a month and cover topics such as public repositories, sequence analysis, microarray analysis, Unix, Perl and SQL. These workshops are open to all faculty, staff, and fellows for a nominal fee, and are free for students. All workshop materials are available online at http://www.trii.org/courses/.
